After a few years of care with another rheumatologist I found Dr. Dada and it was life changing! Working with Christopher to make a treatment plan has been incredible. After a few months and switching meds I feel like I am finally on the way to pain free days! You won’t regret making the change to Overlake Arthritis and Osteoarthritis Center!

The staff is very courteous and helpful. Constantina was very good at making me comfortable for the DEXA Scan and took time to explain everything. Tierra also helped me understand the results of my scan.

Update: I do have to say they have a lovely staff but I had to miss an appointment due to an unfortunate emergency. I called their number and it was a call center who took my message. I later sent an email explaining the emergency in more detail. They sent me a $200 bill and never even had the decency to respond to my message. They also had to change my appointment before and I gave them no issue moving i believe it was 2 months later. I will pay the $200 but I can’t say I will be coming back. It’s unfortunate cause I thought I had finally found a good place. Nonetheless I wish the staff well.Finally! I finally found an amazing doctor that was able to explain to me clearly and inform to me and what I have and why I was being recommended to keep seeing a rheumatologist. I would love to give a special thanks to Felicia Dr.Lai and Diana for making this visit so easy going and informative. They truly care about educating you here and deserve more than a five star review.

Christopher is such a gem. My husband has lived with back pain for decades, and most providers dismissed it as job related. He really listened and took it seriously, and now my husband is finally getting the care he needs. We’re very grateful.

Jenny Falk was an unbelievable help to us while trying to get my husband, Brian qualified for the Ilaris treatment he so desperately needed. I tried in vain to connect on my own, with no success.We came in for appointment and Jenny and I sat on the phone waiting on how to proceed. I’d like to extend a huge THANK YOU to Isa on the Preauthorization Team and Jenny in Billing for their help with a challenging preauthorization. After a recent insurance change, our new provider initially denied coverage for a medication I’ve been on for years. Isa and Jenny responded quickly, securing approval and even getting the infusion covered retroactively.Their diligence and responsiveness made a stressful situation much easier—truly excellent care and service. I went with my mom to Overlake Arthritis and Osteoporosis Center for her osteoporosis, and we had a really good experience. The clinic is clean and modern, and everything felt well run. Christopher the PA, was very thorough and explained things in a way we could actually understand. He even brought up atypical fractures, which no one had ever mentioned to us before. They do send a lot of reminder texts.

I am currently a patient at this clinic for a clinical research drug study. The doctors and the staff have all been very supportive and friendly. Nirotma, Ash, and Stephen are all so nice and cheerful; they make it a pleasure to go in for appointments.

We truly appreciate Christopher and Rose’s outstanding dedication and passionate service. They listen to our needs, follows up on us, and make sure that our requests are met. We’ve requested forms, prescription from Christopher’s office, and Rose made sure that these are given in a very timely manner. Their presence in this medical institution is genuinely valued. Amir at Overtake Arthritis Center was truly amazing and went above and beyond to help with my mom’s referral during a stressful time. I don’t usually write reviews, but I had a really good experience at Overlake Arthritis. The lady on the phone for scheduling was super nice and even offered me an earlier appointment which I really appreciated. I was pretty nervous when I found out I had osteoporosis, but Christopher (NP) explained everything in a way that actually made sense and helped calm me down. He didn’t make it feel rushed or overwhelming. His MA Rosie was also really kind and helpful, and everything just felt smooth and organized.

My wife started treatment not long ago for severe osteoporosis at the Overlake Arthritis and Osteoporosis Center. One of the reasons we moved to Seattle in late 2024 from rural Nova Scotia, Canada, in addition to wanting to be near grandchildren, was to have access to world-class medical specialists (such as for osteoporosis) and timely care. We have been exceedingly pleased with the exceptional staff at OAOC. We are very grateful for the high level of medical expertise and the caring and compassionate care we receive with every visit. We would particularly like to thank Dr. Justin Putz, Diana, Brandon, and Felecia for their knowledge, care, and compassion.

I had an excellent experience with Christopher and his Medical Assistant, Rose. Christopher is incredibly thorough, takes the time to listen to concerns, and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. Rose is equally fantastic she is professional, efficient, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I was called back.
