I'm so grateful for the care and dedication of everyone ar Dr. Dada's office. Although it took nearly three months to resolve a frustrating insurance issue and get my prescription approved, the staff went above and beyond to help. Sonia and her assistant, Isa, spent over three hours on the phone with my insurance company to get to the bottom of the problem - something most offices would never take the time to do.When it was finally time for my injection, Sherry administered it so gently I didn't feel a thing (and I have a serious needle phobia!).Dr. Dada is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and committed to addressing not just lab results, but how you're actually feeling. I truly felt like the entire team was on my side every step of the way. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at Overlake Arthritis and Osteoporosis Clinic today. Felicia, the medical assistant for Dr. Gali, and Crystal, the medical records coordinator, went above and beyond to help us. They responded immediately to our requests and made sure everything we needed was taken care of right away. Their kindness, professionalism, and efficiency made a real difference. We’re so thankful for the amazing doctors and staff at this clinic. Highly recommend!

Dr. Gali’s medical assistant, Felicia- is a wonderful MA! I get roomed quickly and professionally and with care. The front desk are always so kind when I come in. Always looking forward to seeing the staff when I come in for my appointments!

Been going here for years, better now than ever. Felicia gives the best injections without pain and always delivers with a smile. I feel better now than in the last decade.

The staff were incredibly friendly, especially my nurse (hi Felicia!). My doctor, Dr. Khan was super nice but also very thorough and knowledgeable. I actually feel really good about our interaction and feel safe going back and being cared for by the team.

The staff was amazing. From check in to out the door!!! Answered my questions. Continually checked on my needs. Kind and caring. I was aware as I watched around me they are super attentive to all no matter how many or what their particular needs/wants are. Felicia is just the best. Kind and patient! Dr. Gali hears me. Like listens for real not just tells me what's gonna happen. I really think overlake Arthritis and Osteoporosis Center is a great choice!!!! Thank you from my heart!!!!

I recently swapped care from a different Rheumatologist to Overlake, and the difference in care is literally night and day! Everyone I've met so far here has been kind, and actually seems to care about my health and well being, which should honestly be the bare minimum in health care, but years of experience have taught me that this is actually quite rare to find.

Doctor Dada is really good but there is a long wait time in this clinic, they make you sit and wait at least for an hour before the provider sees the patient.

Professional, kind, smart, on time - it was as good an experience as you can get from a doctor's appointment and follow-up.
